The Texoma People Who Care (PWC) was organized in June, 2006. A group of concerned supporters from all over Grayson County came together in an effort to raise money for the Texoma Exposition and Livestock Show. The PWC has taken on the responsibility on raising money to support the youth of Grayson County involved in agriculture. We award two scholarships to graduating seniors that participate in TELS and live in Grayson County. Our fundraiser is the Blue Ribbon Ball. The BRB takes place in September at the TELS Fairgrounds. This is the 7th annual Blue Ribbon Ball which will feature Ace High Band, Smitty’s Bar & Grill Catering as well as the grand prize money drawings.

Each year we support the schools that participate in this event. The money goes directly to the TELS auction for the student’s projects and scholarship program.
